These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KLAI website and the KLAI AI-powered interior design recommendation service. By accessing the website or purchasing a recommendation, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
KLAI is operated by:
("KLAI", "we", "us", "our"). KLAI provides a digital interior design recommendation service backed by more than 500 real interior design projects and over 20 years of professional experience.
KLAI allows you to upload photos of your space, ask a specific design question, and receive one clear, specific product or material recommendation created with the help of artificial intelligence and grounded in professional interior design logic. Each recommendation is a single, one-time digital output delivered electronically.
KLAI provides a recommendation, not a complete interior design project. The service gives you a specific, actionable suggestion (for example a product, material, colour, or layout direction) to help you make a decision. It does not constitute a complete interior design project, architectural plan, technical drawing, structural advice, or on-site consultancy.
Recommendations are provided for informational and inspirational purposes as support for your own decision-making. You are responsible for verifying suitability, measurements, availability, prices, technical requirements and compliance with applicable building or safety regulations before purchasing or carrying out any work.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use KLAI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
In order to receive an accurate recommendation, you undertake to provide clear, accurate and truthful information about your space. The quality and relevance of the recommendation depend on the quality and accuracy of the photos and information you provide. You confirm that you own or have the right to upload all photos you submit.
The price of a single KLAI recommendation is 39 € (or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase). All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Payment is securely processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your full card details.
Your recommendation is a digital product and is delivered electronically, usually shortly after the photos and question are submitted and payment is confirmed. The recommendation is delivered digitally immediately after payment is successfully completed, and as a rule within a few minutes. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer for technical reasons.
If, due to a technical problem, KLAI does not deliver the purchased recommendation within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed, the user may contact KLAI at support@klai.design for re-delivery of the recommendation or, if delivery is not possible, exercise the right to a refund of the amount paid in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Under EU and Croatian consumer-protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for digital content and services that begin with your express consent, this right may be lost once performance has begun.
Because KLAI is a digital service that is performed and delivered immediately, by purchasing a recommendation you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the recommendation has been created and delivered.
Before purchase, you will be asked to confirm: "I request immediate performance of the service and understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once my recommendation has been delivered."
If, due to a technical failure, KLAI is unable to deliver the purchased recommendation, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If the digital service is not delivered or does not function in accordance with these Terms of Use due to a technical failure of the KLAI platform, the user has the right to request the defect be remedied or the service re-delivered, and if that is not possible or is not carried out within a reasonable time, to exercise other rights available to them under the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
All content on the KLAI website — including text, design, graphics, logos, the KLAI name and brand, and the structure of the Service — is owned by or licensed to KZ Interior Design Studio and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit it without our written permission.
The recommendation you receive is provided for your personal use in relation to your own space. You may use and act on it for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or present KLAI recommendations as your own commercial interior design service.
You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to use, process and store it solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service and create your recommendation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
KLAI does not use your uploaded photos or prompts to train its own AI models. A detailed description of how photos are processed and stored is provided in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for any breach of these Terms.
KLAI recommendations may reference third-party brands, products and materials, and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not manufacture, sell, control or guarantee these products and are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, prices or policies. Any purchase you make from a third party is governed by that third party's own terms. KLAI currently does not use affiliate links or receive commissions from recommended products, brands or manufacturers. If this changes in the future, users will be informed in a timely manner through updated Terms of Use.
KLAI does not guarantee the availability, prices, delivery times or continued production of recommended products or materials. This information depends exclusively on manufacturers, distributors and retailers and may change after a recommendation is generated. The user is responsible for checking the current availability and specifications of a product before purchase.
KLAI is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on recommendations, nor for any differences between the recommended product and the one ultimately chosen.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Although KLAI is built on extensive professional experience, recommendations are created with the help of artificial intelligence and are provided as informed suggestions, not guarantees.
We do not warrant that a recommendation will be suitable for every situation, that recommended products will be available or match your exact measurements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for your own final decisions and purchases. KLAI recommendations are based on artificial intelligence and a professional knowledge base and represent decision-making support, not a guarantee of the final result.
KLAI makes reasonable efforts to keep the digital service available without interruption, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to planned maintenance, security work, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLAI and KZ Interior Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for costs arising from purchases, installations or works you undertake based on a recommendation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the recommendation giving rise to the claim.
Your use of KLAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. Please review it.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last modified" date reflects the current version. Changes take effect when published. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a change significantly affects the functionality of the digital service or the rights of users, users will be notified in a timely manner before such a change takes effect, except where the change is necessary for security, legal compliance or resolving technical issues.
KLAI may occasionally release technical, security or functional updates to improve the operation of the platform. Such updates may be necessary for the proper functioning of the digital service.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
